Physical ShividiV artworks are prepared in Istanbul, Turkey and sent with careful packaging, tracking and collector-friendly updates.
Where we ship from
Original paintings and accessories are prepared in the ShividiV atelier in Istanbul. Orders inside Turkey are usually handed to cargo within two business days after payment confirmation. International orders are usually handed to the shipping service within three business days.
How shipping cost is calculated
Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination country and the total physical weight of the order. Digital-only orders do not need a shipping address and do not include shipping cost.
Tracking and updates
After dispatch, tracking information is shared by email and inside the user dashboard. If the atelier needs extra information, you will see a friendly note in your account.
Packaging and care
Original paintings are rolled or protected according to the artwork type. Sculptural accessories are packed gently so the little div travels safely from the atelier to you.
¿PTT Económico o DHL?
Elige PTT Economy para la ruta más económica y lenta, o DHL para una opción premium más rápida cuando ambas estén disponibles. Irán utiliza la tarifa separada de ShividiV Iran Cargo. El plazo final puede variar por aduanas, festivos y gestión en destino.
¿Cómo se calcula el envío internacional de PTT?
El precio depende del país de destino, el peso total y el método disponible, como superficie o avión. PTT publica sus tarifas base en SDR y ShividiV las convierte a la moneda que elijas.
¿Qué es SDR?
SDR, o derecho especial de giro, es una unidad internacional de referencia del FMI. PTT publica sus tarifas internacionales en SDR y ShividiV las convierte para mostrarlas en tu moneda.
¿Cuánto tarda el envío?
El tiempo depende del destino y del servicio. PTT suele ser más económico y lento; DHL suele ser más rápido y caro. Aduanas puede modificar el plazo.
Envíos a Irán
Para Irán no se usa el cálculo de PTT ni DHL. La ruta especial de ShividiV está configurada por defecto en 1.000.000 toman por kilogramo y unos 15 días.
