Physical ShividiV artworks are prepared in Istanbul, Turkey and sent with careful packaging, tracking and collector-friendly updates.
Where we ship from
Original paintings and accessories are prepared in the ShividiV atelier in Istanbul. Orders inside Turkey are usually handed to cargo within two business days after payment confirmation. International orders are usually handed to the shipping service within three business days.
How shipping cost is calculated
Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination country and the total physical weight of the order. Digital-only orders do not need a shipping address and do not include shipping cost.
Tracking and updates
After dispatch, tracking information is shared by email and inside the user dashboard. If the atelier needs extra information, you will see a friendly note in your account.
Packaging and care
Original paintings are rolled or protected according to the artwork type. Sculptural accessories are packed gently so the little div travels safely from the atelier to you.
PTT الاقتصادي أم DHL؟
اختر PTT Economy للمسار الأقل تكلفة والأبطأ، أو DHL لمسار أسرع ومميز عندما يكون كلاهما متاحاً. لإيران مسار ShividiV Iran Cargo منفصل. قد يتغير وقت الوصول النهائي بسبب الجمارك والعطلات وإجراءات الوجهة.
كيف تُحسب تكلفة شحن PTT الدولي؟
تُحسب بحسب بلد الوجهة والوزن الإجمالي وطريقة النقل المتاحة مثل السطح أو الجو. تُنشر تعرفة PTT الأساسية بوحدة SDR ثم تُحوّل في ShividiV إلى العملة التي اخترتها.
ما هي SDR؟
SDR أو حقوق السحب الخاصة هي وحدة مرجعية دولية لصندوق النقد الدولي. تنشر PTT تعرفة الشحن الدولي بها، ويحوّلها ShividiV لعرض السعر بعملتك المختارة.
كم يستغرق الشحن؟
يعتمد وقت الوصول على الوجهة والخدمة. PTT عادةً أكثر اقتصاداً وأبطأ، بينما DHL أسرع عادةً وأعلى سعراً. وقد تؤثر إجراءات الجمارك في الموعد.
الشحن إلى إيران
لا نستخدم حساب PTT أو DHL لإيران. المسار الخاص في ShividiV مضبوط افتراضياً على 1,000,000 تومان لكل كيلوغرام وحوالي 15 يوماً.
