Physical ShividiV artworks are prepared in Istanbul, Turkey and sent with careful packaging, tracking and collector-friendly updates.
Where we ship from
Original paintings and accessories are prepared in the ShividiV atelier in Istanbul. Orders inside Turkey are usually handed to cargo within two business days after payment confirmation. International orders are usually handed to the shipping service within three business days.
How shipping cost is calculated
Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination country and the total physical weight of the order. Digital-only orders do not need a shipping address and do not include shipping cost.
Tracking and updates
After dispatch, tracking information is shared by email and inside the user dashboard. If the atelier needs extra information, you will see a friendly note in your account.
Packaging and care
Original paintings are rolled or protected according to the artwork type. Sculptural accessories are packed gently so the little div travels safely from the atelier to you.
PTT Economy oder DHL?
Wählen Sie PTT Economy für die günstigere, langsamere Route oder DHL für die schnellere Premium-Option, wenn beides verfügbar ist. Für Iran gilt der separate ShividiV Iran Cargo-Tarif. Zoll, Feiertage und die Abwicklung am Zielort können die Laufzeit verändern.
Wie wird der internationale PTT-Versand berechnet?
Der Preis richtet sich nach Zielland, Gesamtgewicht und verfügbarer Versandart wie Land- oder Luftweg. PTT veröffentlicht die Grundtarife in SDR; ShividiV rechnet sie in Ihre gewählte Währung um.
Was ist SDR?
SDR, das Sonderziehungsrecht, ist eine internationale Referenzeinheit des IWF. PTT veröffentlicht internationale Tarife in SDR; ShividiV rechnet sie für die Anzeige in Ihre gewählte Währung um.
Wie lange dauert der Versand?
Die Laufzeit hängt von Ziel und Service ab. PTT ist meist günstiger und langsamer; DHL meist schneller und teurer. Zoll kann die Lieferzeit verändern.
Versand in den Iran
Für den Iran wird weder PTT noch DHL berechnet. Die spezielle ShividiV-Route ist standardmäßig auf 1.000.000 Toman pro Kilogramm und ungefähr 15 Tage eingestellt.
