Physical ShividiV artworks are prepared in Istanbul, Turkey and sent with careful packaging, tracking and collector-friendly updates.
Where we ship from
Original paintings and accessories are prepared in the ShividiV atelier in Istanbul. Orders inside Turkey are usually handed to cargo within two business days after payment confirmation. International orders are usually handed to the shipping service within three business days.
How shipping cost is calculated
Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination country and the total physical weight of the order. Digital-only orders do not need a shipping address and do not include shipping cost.
Tracking and updates
After dispatch, tracking information is shared by email and inside the user dashboard. If the atelier needs extra information, you will see a friendly note in your account.
Packaging and care
Original paintings are rolled or protected according to the artwork type. Sculptural accessories are packed gently so the little div travels safely from the atelier to you.
PTT Economy or DHL?
Choose PTT Economy for the lower-cost, slower route or DHL for a faster premium route when both are available. Iran uses the separate ShividiV Iran Cargo rate. Final transit can change because of customs, holidays and destination handling.
How is PTT international shipping calculated?
The price is calculated from the destination country, total shipment weight, and the available surface or air service. PTT base tariffs are published in SDR and ShividiV converts them into your selected currency.
What is SDR?
SDR, or Special Drawing Rights, is an international reference unit of the IMF. PTT publishes international tariffs in SDR, and ShividiV converts them for display in your selected currency.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on destination and service. PTT is usually more economical and slower; DHL is usually faster and more expensive. Customs can change the final delivery time.
Shipping to Iran
For Iran, PTT and DHL calculations are not used. ShividiV’s special route is set by default to 1,000,000 toman per kilogram and approximately 15 days.
