Physical artworks
If an item arrives damaged, contact the atelier quickly with photos of the package and artwork. We will review the case and help with a fair solution.
Digital files
Digital downloads cannot usually be returned after delivery because the files are already accessible. If there is a technical issue, contact us and we will help unlock or resend the files.
Custom and request pieces
Original-by-request or special prepared pieces may have unique terms shared during the conversation before payment is confirmed.
